Great spot for sports events
This place is pretty cool, clean rooms with decent space for two queen beds. We got a good deal for our soccer team. The breakfast buffet was decent too, lots of choices! Just watch out for those elevators, they feel like they need some TLC. Overall, a solid stay!

Family friendly hotel but some serious issues
The front-desk staff was really friendly and helped me with my questions every single time. The large shower and comfortable bed made my stay a bit more bearable even with all the chaos around.
It wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable given the circumstances.

Had a fun moment when the bar staff surprised us with complimentary drinks just for being nice, and the view from our room was decent enough to enjoy the sunset. The only good thing that stuck with me was the friendly demeanor of the staff, which felt genuine during our short stay.
It wasn't cheap but still somewhat acceptable given the circumstances.

The room was clean and nice. I liked that it had a small fridge and a microwave. The bed was decent, though it felt a bit hard. The bathroom was pretty good too, but we could hear the treadmill from the gym next door super early, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, it was a comfortable space overall.

I liked the Hilton Garden in San Diego. The outdoor pool felt refreshing and perfect for unwinding. The fitness center had good equipment, which I appreciated for maintaining my routine. My room was clean, but the bed could use a firmer mattress for better support. I enjoyed the location. it was close to great restaurants and shops. However, I faced a surprise parking fee that felt excessive. The front desk staff could use some training in customer service. Overall, they were polite but not very warm or welcoming. The dining options are decent, but breakfast isn’t included, so keep that in mind. I could have really used more information upon check-in about additional charges.

Diving into San Diego's culinary scene was a joy! The nearby Obi's Sushi Bar is a treasure trove of fresh sashimi, and Cucina Basilico serves up delightful Italian dishes that'll make your taste buds dance. Plus, the hotel itself was clean and comfy, which made coming back after food adventures a treat.
Now, not all that glitters is golden. A few staff members could use some customer service 101—waiting 25 mins for grab-and-go food was a bummer! And though we got some friendly help from Roberto and Nina, the attitude from Lynn at the bar was a major letdown.
